This training on rice seed production by VCDP is a blessing for me. I do not have words adequate enough to appreciate VCDP for making me a millionaire. I now understand agriculture as a business. This gives me a reason to focus more on agricultural activities because now I am a certified rice seed producer and I am happy to enhance farmers’ access to quality rice seeds in my community
